Shipping & Returns

Due to high demand and the COVID-19 Pandemic, our couriers are reporting possible delays. Below are our usual time frames, however please be aware UK/ROI deliveries could take an extra working day to arrive, EU an extra 5 working days and USA/ROW an extra 10 working days. 

Your order is packed by hand and the time for it's shipment is 48 hours from the payment of your order. Please use the tracking number provided to you via email to monitor the progress of your parcel. We currently use Evri or Royal Mail which you can choose at checkout.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage and all shipping rates are shown when entering the purchase process.

We send worldwide, however if your country is not in the list, please do not hesitate to contact us.

All orders are shipped from the UK. Please be aware that you are liable to cover any additional costs that may be charged due to customs/taxes for importing goods into your country.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.​ Please note, you will be responsible for paying the postage costs associated with your return. We highly recommend that your returns are sent with tracking, as we can't be responsible for any item(s) that we don't receive. We offer a Collect+ label generation service at a cost of £4.60 which will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, clean and in it's original packaging. 

To start the returns process please Click here to open the Returns Portal ready with your order number from your confirmation email. Any returns sent back to us without first submitting a request through the portal will not be processed.

If you have requested for a refund, the purchase price will be issued back to the original payment method, minus the original postage fees and any return label fees if you have used our label generation service. 

A refund will be issued if the item(s) are returned in their original state. Any returns that are worn, damaged or altered will not be accepted. 

Please allow up to 10 working days for returns to be processed once we have received it.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns that have been worn, washed or soiled. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, samples or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
